The brand STAHLKRONE stands for the highest quality "Made in Solingen", Germany in the cutlery sector. This quality is achieved by a specially developed titanium-nitride coating. The high-strength coating of a scissor half creates a self-sharpening effect, as the surface of the coated side is twice as hard as that of the non-coated side. The harder half is much more wear-resistant and aligns the cutting rate of the others with each opening/closing.
